Boise State Dance Marathon strives to raise monetary support and awareness for our local Children's Miracle Network Hospital, St. Luke's Children's Hospital, through year-round events. Each year we allocate funds to the St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital of Boise.

Our year-round efforts culminate in February when hundreds of students stand on their feet for seventeen hours to show their dedication to the children, families, and hospitals we support. At this event, hundreds of individuals and groups from campus and the community come together to raise awareness about Children's Miracle Network. During the Marathon, dancers are challenged mentally and physically, gaining perspective of the even greater challenges and obstacles facing the children we support.

Boise State DM makes me so proud every day of the year – I get to watch student leaders discover their talents & passions, and watch them discover who they are and who they want to become. They inspire me to be better, to do more, and to keep giving back. These students fight for the kids who can’t. They set an incredible example of what it means to be a humanitarian, what it means to be a young philanthropist, and most importantly, what it means to be a good friend. St. Luke’s Children’s Hospital couldn’t do what we do every day without the support of programs like Dance Marathon and the Boise State students who make it such an incredible event, and we are so grateful!
